Here's a brief sketch of what I do. My main research interests concern issues of international
economic policy conflict and cooperation.
Most of the research that I have published to date looks at problems
of international environmental, tax and trade policy. You will find listings
of my publications and current research, as well as downloadable papers, by
clicking "research" on the left panel. My teaching interests cover international trade (regular
undergraduate and graduate courses as well as a seminar course on topics of
globalization) and intermediate macroeconomics. When a particular course is running,
further details of course material, lecture notes and classes are available
by clicking "teaching." If
